The RVCE Linux Users Group - as its name suggests is a group for the Linux Users of RVCE.

The RV-LUG has been formed with the dedicated intention of increasing Linux awareness and usage among RVites who have been accustomed to using other Operating Systems.

RV-LUG also acts as a platform for current Linux users to share and enhance their knowledge about this Wonderful Operating System.Owing to the increasing popularity of Linux it becomes necessary for students of today to be aware of the OS of Tomorrow.

The RV-LUG plans to hold regular workshops, seminars and interactive programs about various topics concerning Linux (the notification for which shall be forwarded to the Mailing-List and put up on the notice-boards). We also plan to distribute Linux tutorials, news and the latest developments through the Mailing-List.

The Mailing-List aims at increased interactivity among the users.
